Background

The client was extending the existing block of flats and building an additional block with underground car parking.

 

The Solution

We installed Sarnafil single ply membrane to the main and rotunda roofs of block A (above), installed Axter Wilotekt hot melt system to the balconies of both blocks and on the podium slab above the underground car park and Axter reinforced bituminous felt system complete with solar panels to the main roof of block B (left).
