Roofing to a new building on Princess Royal University Hospital, Orpington.

We completed the installation of a Bauder Total Roof system to the new building at Princess Royal Hospital, Orpington.

 

The works comprised tapered Rockwool insulation with a Bauder green roof build-up, designed to accommodate the future installation of a Bio Solar PV system.

​

The project presented several logistical challenges, including the early removal of the tower crane and the need to carefully coordinate works around large quantities of materials stored on the roof.

 

Despite these constraints, the installation was delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required technical standards.​
