Project Details

Refurbishment and structural alterations for the Grade II listed building to convert the existing units into high-end residences, 25 in total plus a medical unit, a basement excavation and forming as additional floor under the existing single floor below ground floor with underpinning, existing roof which slopes to form the rear façade removal and replacement along with terraces at the rear façade and addition of two new penthouses at roof level, strengthen the structure, install new building services throughout and finish the building to a high standard.

Scope of Works

Natural, random diminishing slates to the pitched elevations.

 

Sika Sarnafil single ply to the inverted balconies and vertical sections on the rear elevation.

 

Hot Melt to the terraces.

 

High Performance felt with Green Roofs to the 2 No main roofs of newly constructed penthouses.

 

Lead work to the dormer tops, capping's and panelling around the top of the newly constructed penthouses.

Sika Liquid Plastics to the small balcony areas on the front elevation.
