Harrow Arts Centre
Harrow

Background

London Borough of Harrow and The Mayor of London's Good Growth Fund (GGF) have invested £4million in new and refurbished facilities at the arts venue.

The new, two-storey L-shaped building contains large studios for use for dance, theatre, fitness classes and other similar activities. The downstairs studios and adjoining court yard will be available for hire for events such as birthday parties, corporate functions and other celebrations.

In replacing a dilapidated porta-cabin, the Greenhill building is fully electric and is built on a natural ventilation model, making it energy efficient.

This is the second phase of works delivered by the GGF programme at HAC to create more bookable space to meet demand for additional multi-use rooms, workspace, artists studios and a dance studio to enable HAC to become self-financing

The Solution

We installed Sika Sarnafil's single ply membrane to roof and gutters ready for others to install their capping's and roof lights.
