Project Overview

Works included a rooftop extension, 6-8 storey extensions within East & North East Courtyard and to the West & South elevations, new facades a Cat B fit out together with external hard and soft landscaping scheme.

We installed Radmat PermaQuik hot melt system to the roof areas.

 

The main roof had inverted insulation finished with concrete pavers whilst the level 7 terrace had Radmat Quantum VIP insulation finished with granite paving.
